The Aviation Scholar Foundation (ASF) is a registered nonprofit corporation in Georgia, proudly holding tax-exempt status under 501(c)(3)

Our long-term vision is to address the aviation industry's crew shortages by tapping into a diverse talent pool. Often, these candidates lack mentors and connections necessary to enter the aviation workforce. ASF aims to bridge this gap by providing education, mentorship, and scholarships, reaching out to underserved communities and introducing them to opportunities in corporate and airline recruiting.

ASF is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment for underrepresented minorities. By increasing awareness and access, we strive to boost diversity within the aviation industry, particularly benefiting the Atlanta aviation community.
